1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the ossw.io platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Open Strategising AB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Sweden with organization number 559496-8686.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ossw.io is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help users create, manage, and execute strategic plans. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided for any significant changes.
3. Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility:You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Account Information:You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
- Security:You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords). You must notify us immediately at support@openstrategising.com of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to use ossw.io only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its underlying infrastructure, or the accounts of other users.
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or malware.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the ossw.io software or design.
- Resell, sub-license, or share your account access with unauthorized third parties.
5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
- Our Ownership:Open Strategising AB retains all right, title, and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property) in and to the ossw.io platform, its design, code, and aggregated usage data.
- Your Ownership:You retain all ownership rights to the data, strategic plans, text, and documents you input into the Service ("User Content").
- License to Us:By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
- Billing:Access to premium features of ossw.io requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan.
- Taxes:All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
- Refunds:Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where legally required or explicitly stated in a specific refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Price Changes:We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
7. Termination
- By You:You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.
- By Us:We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
- Data Retrieval:Upon account termination, you will have [e.g., 30 days] to export your User Content before it is permanently deleted from our active servers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Open Strategising AB makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Open Strategising AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by the public courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
